I started training with Matt 8 months ago in a bit to lose some “middle age spread”, generally tone up and improve my fitness.
Matt has been great at getting it just right. He pushes me enough so that I feel I have worked hard, without making me feel I can’t, or don’t want to do anymore.
I have really enjoyed exercising for the first time, and can highly recommend Matt with all his expert knowledge, patience and sense of humour to help you achieve your goals.
