What is 1-on-1 Personal Training

1-on-1 Personal Training is our premium product. You get undivided attention from one of our trainers, which gives you a more personalised and rounded service. Your trainer will help you set realistic goals and benchmarks, as well as create training plans for when you aren’t having 1-on-1 sessions.

Our trainers are all highly qualified and take our continual professional development seriously. We all hold a range of qualifications including a GP and Exercise Referral qualification meaning you know you’re in safe hands.

Matthew Naylor – Lead Trainer and Sports Therapist

Matt is the Founder of The Performance Zone as well as a Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist with over 10 years of experience. He has worked with clients with a range of goals, but primarily specialises in injury rehabilitation and sports performance.

Karen Taylor – Personal Trainer

Kaz is a level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, as well as a qualified TRX suspension trainer and Zumba instructor registered with the Zin Network.

She works with people of all ages and backgrounds to make exercise fun, to benefit both the mind and body. If you need help finding how to incorporate exercise into your lifestyle, as well as finding a way to enjoy it, then Kaz can help!

Aaron Goacher – Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist

Aaron is a graduate sports therapist & personal trainer.

He works with various levels of sports clubs, gyms & clinics, bringing a diverse approach to training. He has coached all ages with a variety of different goals. Primarily he specalises in  mobility and corrective exercise, but also works with general goals such as fat loss.

Daisy is also qualified as a pre and post natal specialist, and can help soon to be, new or existing mums stay healthy pre, during and post having kids.
