What is Group Personal Training? 

Group Personal Training consists of training in a capped group of up to 6 people in our Fitness Studio. The studio is closed off to everyone else during these sessions, so you get a fun friendly and private session, at less of a cost than 1-on-1 personal training.

With a range of different sessions and times to choose from, there is something to suit everyone. Even though these sessions are done in small groups, everything can be tailored to you, meaning you can have a good session regardless of if you’re new to training or a pro!

All our Group Personal Training sessions sessions are written in advance and contain options to progress or regress the exercises as necessary. We understand that no two people are the same, and even though these sessions are delivered in small groups, we ensure things are tailored to each individual.

The programmes also include benchmarks, which are uploaded and tracked through our app or on our PB whiteboard to test your progress over the plan.

What Sessions Are Available 

We offer 3 main types of sessions, Sweat, Strength and Hybrid which can be seen on our timetable. We also run 2 additional sessions, Foundation and Stretch which run ad hoc throughout the month. The full details of these sessions can be seen on the document below.

Book Your Space

Via App

Our custom mobile app is now available on both the android and apple app stores. You can click the button below to download the app. Once you have downloaded the app you can create your free user, you will need to enter the code “theperformancezone” when prompted.

Once you’ve downloaded the app you can pay for sessions through the webshop (middle button on the app homescreen) and then book through the schedule (top left button on the app home screen).
