What is Group Personal Training? 

Group Personal Training consists of training in a capped group of up to 6 people in our Fitness Studio. The studio is closed off to everyone else during these sessions, so you get a fun friendly and private session, at less of a cost than 1-on-1 personal training.

With a range of different sessions and times to choose from, there is something to suit everyone. Even though these sessions are done in small groups, everything can be tailored to you, meaning you can have a good session regardless of if you’re new to training or a pro!

All our Group Personal Training sessions run in 8 – 12 week training blocks, with all the sessions being written out in advance of the sessions being delivered. The programmes also include benchmarks, which are uploaded and tracked through our app and are used to test your progress over the plan.


What Sessions Are Available 

We offer five different Group Personal Training sessions; Sweat, Strength, Hybrid, Foundation and Stretch. The full details of these sessions can be seen on the document below.
