Group Personal Training

What is Group Personal Training? 

Group Personal Training consists of training in a capped group of up to 10 people in our Fitness Studio (average 6). The studio is closed off to everyone else during these sessions, so you get a fun, friendly and semi-private session, at much less of a cost than 1-on-1 personal training.

With a range of different sessions and times to choose from, there is something to suit everyone. Even though these sessions are done in small groups, everything can be tailored to you, meaning you can have a good session regardless of if you’re new to training or a pro!
