Easy Make Tuna Burgers

Tuna Burgers


2 Whole Cans of Tuna

1 Whole Egg

2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives, green onions, or shallots

Salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 Teaspoon of Lemon Zest

Tablespoon of Olive Oil


Drain the can of tuna

Add the tuna and all other ingredients in to a bowl and mix

Split the mixture in to four equal portions, form in to a ball and then flatten in to a burger

Heat oil and fry for 3-4 mins either side
