How to Enjoy

These protein balls can be eaten as soon as they are mixed, so grab a few out in the morning and take them to work for a healthy snack.

Best thing about protein balls is you can add in what you love or take out what you hate and more often than not they become a really yummy pick me up. Just make sure you add a little water and one ingredient that has a gooey consistency like honey, nut butter or coconut oil to help them stick together and so you don’t kill your blender!

Enjoy.
